Aidar.Service¶
Aidar.Service is an ecosystem of apps, which supports the user in step-by-step tutorials and remote collaboration.
The classical example of the use is
- subject matter expert, which seats in front of a computer and
- an operator, which is wearing the AR glasses and is in front of a machine, which is maintained
The following manual is divided into several sections depending on where Aidar.Service is used.
MR Glasses App focuses on the Aidar.Service App on MR glasses. It covers the basic operation and capabilities that an operator in the field receives through the application.
In Desktop App , you will learn how to use the Aidar.Service Desktop App. The Desktop App is designed for the technician who supports field operations by cooperating with the operator.
In Web App , you will learn how to operate the Aidar.Service Web App. It allows you to manage users, upload resorces but also performs some of the remote operator communications functions that the Aidar Service Desktop App offers such as remote video call, taking and sending photos and working on them.
