User Management

Adding a new user

1. Go to the Users tab.

2. Select + Add User.

   The user creation form will appear on the right.

3. Fill in the data and select Add User.

Passwords should contain three of the four character types:

• Uppercase letters: A-Z
• Lowercase letters: a-z
• Numbers: 0-9
• Symbols: ~`! @#$%^&*()_-+={[}]|:;"'<,>.?/

User roles

When creating or editing a user, you must assign one of the following roles:

Role	Permissions
Admin	Full access: manage users, trainings, resources, translations, and system settings. Can publish trainings and manage licenses.
Editor	Can create and edit trainings and lessons in the Editor. Can manage resources and translations. Cannot manage users or system settings.
User	Can play published lessons in the Player app. Cannot access the Editor or manage content.

User account settings

1. Go to the Users tab.

2. You will see three icons next to each user:

   Pencil icon - edit name, surname, avatar, role, tags and email address.

   Lock icon - change password.

   Eye icon - view user details and assign them to trainings.

Registration

Request registration

A new user can request an account from the login page:

1. Go to your organization's server URL. You will see the login form.

2. Select Registration request.

3. Fill in all the details and click Send Request.

   The request will be sent to the administrator. Once approved, the user will receive an email notification.

Accept/decline registration request

Administrators can accept or reject new user requests:

1. Log in and go to the Users tab.

2. Switch from Users to Requests.

   You will see all pending requests.

3. Use the accept or refuse icons next to each request.

The user will receive an email notification of the decision.

Before granting access, make sure to assign a role (Admin, Editor, or User) by clicking on the user details and selecting Edit.

Generate PIN

Users can generate a 3-digit PIN for easy VR login (instead of typing username and password in VR):

1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.

2. Click Generate PIN.

3. Enter the displayed PIN on the VR headset to log in.
